About Somi
I am an ESL tutor with 18+ years of experience teaching students from school to college. My approach blends structure, creativity, and interaction, focusing on developing both language skills and confidence. I design lessons that integrate reading, writing, speaking, and listening through engaging activities, real-life scenarios, and multimedia resources.
I also use innovative strategies such as role-playing, storytelling, and personalised exercises to help students grasp grammar and vocabulary naturally. My goal is to create a supportive and motivating learning environment where students feel comfortable making mistakes, experimenting with new expressions, and communicating confidently.
