About Yogya
As an International Relations student with experience in academic writing, political analysis, and tutoring, I aim to make IR concepts clear, engaging, and easy to understand. I help students with IR theory, comparative politics, essay writing, research papers, and exam preparation through interactive and supportive sessions tailored to their needs.
My goal is not just to help students memorize information, but to build their confidence, critical thinking, and analytical skills in a professional yet approachable learning environment.

My tutoring style is interactive, discussion-based, and super approachable. I like turning complicated International Relations theories into real-world conversations using current events, politics, media, and examples students actually recognize. Instead of memorizing theories, I help students understand why they matter and how they connect to global issues today.
A typical session usually includes breaking down readings or concepts, discussing key ideas together, working through essays or exam prep, and building stronger analytical and writing skills along the way. I focus a lot on helping students think critically and confidently express their ideas.
What sets me apart is that I make IR feel less intimidating and more engaging. As an IR student myself, I understand the struggle of dense readings and theory-heavy classes, so I create a relaxed space where questions and discussions are always welcome.
My lessons are mainly for high school and undergraduate students studying International Relations, Political Science, Global Studies, or related humanities courses — whether you need help surviving intro IR or polishing advanced essays and arguments.
