Hi, I’m Anthony – Level 3 Personal Trainer & Weight Loss Coach With over 10 years of experience in the fitness industry, I’ve helped countless women feel stronger, healthier, and more confident — from group exercise classes like Dance Fitness and Aqua Aerobics to 1:1 personal training. I believe fitness should feel fun, not like a chore. My goal is to make every session enjoyable, effective, and tailored to you — so you get results without losing motivation.
