About Kip
As a Welsh construction instructor, the youngest qualified instructor in the UK. This means I am always working with people from every type of background which makes me able to communicate very well with everyone I have ever instructed. I often have candidates call me after my training just to let me know how much the qualification I helped them get has helped them in their lives.

I believe that the most important element of learning is your complete focus. I aim to keep you in the sweet spot between having something too difficult (stressful) and something too easy (boring), the indicator is if you feel the lesson went by fast or not.
