About Freya
I am a student at the University of Edinburgh studying Mandarin Chinese. After having done A-level French, in which I achieved a grade A, I went to work in France for the summer. Thinking, working and interacting in French all day every day was exhausting, but it did wonders for my French level!

Having achieved fulls marks in my own French GCSE in 2017, I wish to share some of the techniques I used for my success. I encourage students to try harder to think on their feet, rather than regurgitating long, learned answers. I may give students vocabulary to learn, of which I can test their recall in further session.
