Details

- Classes appointments according to teacher's availability;

- Digital papers included (personalized and sent through email or Whatsapp);

- Thematic classes on spot (supermarkets, drugstores, shopping malls, etc) available with an additional cost;

- Online classes through Skype;

- Reschedule or cancellation must be requested within 48h prior to the class time;

- No shows with no notice (according to the paragraph above) are not refundable and classes are not going to be rescheduled, except by reason of force majeure (e.g.: medical emergency). In those cases, the student must submit a valid document as proof of their claim.
