My methodology of teaching is meeting the student at their level and speaking their language. Honesty is the best policy so I do not sugar coat a situation. I am a straight shooter with compassion. When it comes to a structured lesson we will start with your relationship with yourself and move outward because if you are able to gain control over your own worries and fears you will always have a place of peace to go to.
