About Tunar
I am a professional boxing and MMA coach with over 7 years of coaching experience and a background as a professional MMA fighter.
I have trained people of different ages and skill levels, from complete beginners to experienced athletes. I focus on developing strong boxing fundamentals, technique, fitness, discipline, and confidence.
I have competed in boxing, MMA, grappling, and pankration, winning championships at the Moscow, Moscow Region, and Russian levels.
My approach is simple: structured training, individual attention, and measurable progress. Whether you are a complete beginner, want to improve your boxing, get fitter, or prepare for competition, I will adapt the training to your goals.

My boxing lessons are suitable for beginners and intermediate-level students who want to improve their boxing skills, fitness, technique, and confidence.
Each lesson is adapted to the student’s level and goals. We work on proper boxing stance, footwork, punches, combinations, defense, movement, conditioning, and overall technique.
I have many years of experience as a boxing and MMA coach and professional fighter. My goal is to make every lesson effective, structured, and enjoyable while helping you achieve real progress.
Online lessons are available for students who want to train from home with minimal equipment.
