About Kaiyin
I’m an early childhood educator and early interventionist with 5 years + experience. My expertise is in personalizing early intervention plans and educational plans including transition planning for school readiness for children with additional needs.
I’m currently working with a children’s charity as a program assistant. In my daily work, I support my key worker in planning and delivering fun activities through play that cater to all students’ needs.

Experienced working with young children with Autism, Down Syndrome, ADHD, and children who have Adverse Childhood Experiences (ACE). Early intervention prioritizes children's basic needs (sleep, diet, etc.), sensory and emotional regulation, and focuses on a child-led approach, with an integration of low-arousal approach, and play-based learning.
