About Patricia

I have 15 years' experience in teaching from Ks3 to Ks5 with an outstanding track record. I have helped both GCSE and A level students to achieve grades 7 to 9 with a sharp comprehension of the language in all four areas of learning: writing, reading, speaking and listening. My approach is individualistic and caters for my student's specific needs and requirements. Creativity is essential to my teaching and I will link each topic with specific, relevant and current issues. My ethos is inclusive, as I believe language to be a key to open the door to multiple opportunities not yet thought about. In short, an expansion of horizon. I am looking forward to working with you… tous à bord!

About the lesson

I am a French native teacher, worked in the UK for over 30 years. I am fully qualified with a PGCE and Master's degree. My lessons are normally divided in four areas of learning: speaking/listening/reading and writing. I like to make my lessons interactive and creative and might set mini fun challenges to my students. Communication and patience are key elements in delivering a good lesson and I pride myself in harbouring these qualities. I am a supportive and present teacher with an excellent track record in GCSE and A Level results.
