About Timothée
Hi, I’m Timothée, a passionate French tutor with a deep love for languages, culture, and travel. Originally from France, I’ve had the privilege of working with students from all around the world, teaching over 6,000 lessons tailored to individual needs. When I’m not teaching, I enjoy creating content about French culture, gastronomy, and art, which I share through my blog and workshops. I’m also an avid traveler, always exploring new places and cultures. My goal is to make learning French a fun and enriching experience, and I’m here to help you every step of the way—whether you’re aiming to improve your conversational skills, prepare for exams, or simply dive deeper into the French way of life.

Teaching Techniques & Methodology:
I focus on a student-centered approach, adapting each lesson to your needs and goals. Whether you're aiming to improve conversation, grammar, or cultural understanding, I use interactive methods such as role-playing, authentic materials (videos, songs, and articles), and real-life scenarios to make learning engaging and practical. My goal is to create a supportive environment where you're encouraged to speak, make mistakes, and improve with confidence.
Typical Lesson Length:
Each lesson typically lasts 60 minutes, providing enough time to explore new concepts, practice, and review. However, I can adjust the length to fit your schedule and learning preferences.
Qualifications & Experience:
With over 6,000 lessons taught and a deep passion for French language and culture, I have worked with students of all levels. My experience includes creating engaging content on French grammar, vocabulary, and culture for learners around the world, as well as teaching personalized one-on-one classes on platforms like Superprof and leading immersive workshops.
Who Are My Lessons For?
My lessons are suitable for adults and teenagers at the beginner, intermediate, and advanced levels. Whether you're preparing for an exam, improving your business French, or simply wanting to enjoy French movies without subtitles, I can help you achieve your language goals.
