About Donnie
I am a graduate from the Higher School of Economics History Master's Program, along with holding a B.A. in History from Missouri S&T. My research focus is centered on the history of the Soviet Union and the Cold War. Have participated in multiple conferences and symposiums. Currently have two years of teaching experience, from volunteer teaching in classrooms to one on one online lessons. I also have experience teaching and tutoring English, being TEFL certified.

Lessons typically consist of an hour-long session, integrating the use of multiple visuals such as maps, historical artwork, charts, and other useful aids. I can also provide pre-lesson prep (usually videos) along with homework post-lesson, at the request of the student.
I have experience teaching students from many countries with different needs, including test prep, help with college assignments, along with both young and adult learners hoping to expand their general knowledge of history.
