About Kylie
I've done music my entire life, literally! I started out studying piano when I was 5, switched to violin at age 11, and have been singing since I could make a sound. My graduate degree in music enabled me to pick up guitar and ukulele. I've performed in opera, musical theater, pop/rock concert style shows; I'm a long-standing member & section leader of a Symphony chorus. I like to write songs, create random melodies, and perform live with other talented local musicians/vocalists in my area. You want variety? I'm your teacher!

I'm a teacher that helps you develop music skills & holds you accountable, but is able to be flexible in their technique & approach (no student is the same!). All lessons (no matter the instrument/voice) will begin with warm-ups &/or scales. I have curriculum I utilize regularly for each instrument/voice. Beginners to advanced, children to elders, all are welcome to learn from me! My unique background as a music therapist has equipped me to teach individuals of all abilities.
