About Namrata
I am Namrata, a Master’s student at Oxford Brookes University with a strong academic background and over three years of tutoring experience. Teaching has always been a passion of mine, as I enjoy helping students build confidence and reach their academic potential. I have previously worked one-on-one with children and young adults, supporting them with English, reading, and overall academic skills. My goal is to create an encouraging learning environment where students feel motivated, supported, and able to progress at their own pace. I believe that every student has unique strengths, and my role as a tutor is to guide and nurture those strengths while making learning enjoyable.

I believe every student learns best when lessons are tailored to their individual needs, so I design each session around the student’s strengths, goals, and pace. My approach combines clear explanations, interactive reading and writing activities, and practical exercises that build both skill and confidence. A typical lesson lasts 60 minutes, with a balance of reading comprehension, vocabulary building, and structured writing practice. I also provide engaging exercises to strengthen grammar and communication skills, ensuring that students can apply what they learn both academically and in real life. I have over three years of tutoring experience, working with children and young adults across different levels, including students who required extra support and motivation. My lessons are suitable for primary, secondary, and international students, as well as learners who want to improve their English fluency for personal or academic purposes. Lastly, I aim to create a positive and encouraging learning environment where students feel supported, challenged, and inspired to reach their potential.
