About Lola

I am an enthusiastic French tutor with 18 years of experience working with students from beginner to advanced levels, having taught approximately 150–200 learners. My teaching approach emphasises personalised learning, ensuring that each lesson is designed according to the student’s goals and preferred learning style.

I integrate structured lessons with interactive activities such as real-life conversations and guided practice to make learning engaging and practical. My focus on grammar, vocabulary, and pronunciation helps students develop strong language skills while building confidence in communication.

I am committed to creating a supportive and encouraging learning space where students feel comfortable to learn and improve. My goal is to make French learning both effective and enjoyable.

About the lesson

My teaching strategy for French focuses on creating a learning experience that is adaptable, supportive, and interactive, built on flexibility, empathy, compassion, communication, and collaboration. I design lessons that reflect each student’s goals and abilities, allowing them to progress at a pace that feels comfortable and productive.

By practising empathy and compassion, I ensure that students feel encouraged and motivated throughout their learning journey. Communication is at the heart of my sessions, with consistent opportunities for speaking, listening, and meaningful interaction.

Collaboration is encouraged through activities such as role-plays, discussions, and real-world scenarios that make learning practical and engaging. Alongside French, I integrate grammar, vocabulary building, and cultural understanding to provide a well-rounded approach.
