About Asa
I am a dedicated and experienced French tutor with 18 years of teaching experience, working with High School and College students, and I have successfully guided around 150 to 200 students in building strong language skills and confidence. My teaching philosophy is centred on clarity, patience, and steady improvement.
I believe that when students clearly understand the fundamentals, they gain the confidence to progress without hesitation. I take a structured, step-by-step approach to ensure that each concept is fully understood before moving forward. I focus on simplifying grammar, strengthening vocabulary, and improving communication through regular speaking practice.
I also use real-life examples and interactive discussions to make lessons more engaging and practical. In addition, I support students in exam preparation and academic improvement. One of my key achievements is helping students who once struggled with French become confident learners who perform well and communicate effectively. I aim to create a positive and encouraging environment where students feel motivated to learn and grow.
