My teaching method is constantly asking if they need assistance, I am strict yet soft on students so that they feel comfortable enough to ask questions when they are confused but scared enough to work hard and do what is required of them. I constantly give out homework’s and make sure that they are done. I teach students the way that I would like to be taught and that is with patience and kindness.
