About Lisi
I am a lifelong learner myself, having just completed my Master's in industrial psychology, I am also lecturing in this field and am passionate about helping students overcome their academic challenges. Sometimes there is a more fundamental need in terms of motivation, and I help my client explore motivational and personal issues that hinder progress in their studies and life.

I help adults tackle academic tasks in relation to the discipline of industrial psychology. My approach is to work closely with my client to identify areas that need improvement or where assistance is required, and then to empower my client to take the steps necessary to become more proactive and self-confident as they learn to master their workload.
I make use of both counselling and coaching skills to create a safe environment, free of any judgment or expectation, to help my client set their own goals and make their own plans to achieve those goals. It is empowering not only for the current scenario, but a lesson in life in how to tackle problems in the future.
