About Linosha

Hello! My name is Linosha Vinod, and I am a passionate tutor with a strong academic background and a dedication to helping students thrive. I believe that learning Psychology, Mass Media, Marketing and English can be not only enlightening but also deeply transformative, and I am here to guide you through this fascinating field. I have completed my high school diploma in Humanities from Our Own Indian School, Dubai and am currently pursuing my Bachelor's in Media and Psychology in Christ University. My academic training, combined with my experience in teaching the mentioned subjects at the high school level, equips me to provide you with a thorough and insightful understanding of the concepts. My teaching approach is student-centered, meaning I adapt lessons to fit each individual's learning style and pace. Whether you're a beginner just starting to explore any of the subjects or an advanced student seeking deeper insights, I tailor my sessions to ensure you grasp key concepts and can apply them in real-world contexts. I make use of engaging materials such as case studies, real-life examples, and interactive discussions to bring the subject to life. I am committed to providing a professional and supportive learning environment where you feel comfortable asking questions and engaging deeply with the material. My goal is to help you achieve your academic objectives and develop a genuine appreciation for these subjects. I also make sure to be punctual, organized, and responsive to all your needs, whether it's academic guidance or support outside of lesson time. About the lesson

My teaching method and techniques:
I use real-life examples, case studies, and visual aids to help students understand theoretical concepts and connect them to practical applications. I also encourage active discussions and encourage critical thinking, making the learning process interactive and enjoyable.

My lesson plan:
Introduction (5–10 minutes): Each lesson begins with a quick recap of the previous session to ensure students retain key points. I also address any doubts they might have before diving into the new material.

Core Teaching (20–30 minutes): I introduce the main topic of the session, using interactive discussions, visual aids, and case studies. For example, if the topic is 'Process of attitude formation?', I explain the theory first, then use real-life examples to demonstrate different ways in which attitude can be formed in a person.

Practice & Application (10–15 minutes): I encourage students to engage in practical exercises, such as solving case studies, quizzes, or reflection questions, to apply what they’ve learned. This helps solidify their understanding.

Review & Summary (5–10 minutes): I end each session with a brief summary of the key points covered and provide homework or additional reading for students to reinforce the lesson before our next session.

Feedback & Questions: I always leave room for students to ask questions and give feedback, making the session interactive and a two-way learning process.

What sets me apart as a tutor?
What sets me apart as a tutor is my ability to personalize each session to fit the student's learning style and pace. I understand that every student is different, so I take the time to create a learning environment that feels comfortable and tailored to their needs.

The lessons provided by me are usually for high school students, specifically students who study Psychology, Mass Media, English and Marketing in CBSE based schools. (Such as 11th and 12th graders)
