About Hamza

I am a photography and film making enthusiast. I am also a student of these subjects but being out in the field for more than 7 years, I have gained a lot of experience. I have good command over the industry software like Adobe Premiere Pro, Photoshop and Lightroom etc. I have been doing editing for more than 7 years and I have the latest insights of the new advancements in the industry. I want to do is to share this knowledge and experience with other creative individuals.

About the lesson

My first lesson is FREE. I will take you through the whole process of how to import the raw footage into Premiere Pro or DaVinci Resolve, how to arrange it on the timeline, how to make a rough cut, how to smooth your transitions, how to add music and much more. Once we get to know each other, I'll be providing great in-depth knowledge about how to edit on Adobe Premiere Pro or DaVinci Resolve - a basic guide - right from scratch. I will tell about shortcuts, workflows, media management, speeding up your workflow and making high quality video for YouTube/ TikTok/ Instagram etc. You can create 4K videos, add titles, effects, transitions in your video alongside sync your audio and music. I try to teach in a way that best suits the student. One teaching method cannot be applied to every student. I will also share samples of my work for insights and ideas but I prefer that the student experiments his/her own ideas. I have been doing Photography and Film making for the past 7 years and my lessons are from Beginners to Pro (almost for all levels and all age groups). I have shared a link to a short film in this ad for reference. You can create such cinematic videos in less than a month. P.S. this short film was made in LEGIT ONE DAY!

Deadly! I engaged Hamza to teach me video editing for my podcast channel. I had a very basic understanding of the concept, but lacked the skills necessary to do a good job. He crafted an 8-lesson plan, each clearly defined with the content and objectives. As a teacher, he is highly skilled in this field himself and is able to explain concepts to students in as basic or as technical terms as they need. He was always happy to answer questions or review concepts I needed to strengthen. I had no idea about color grading or sound enhancement, and he taught me both. I expected to be able to competently edit videos by the time I was complete, and he not only did that for me, he also showed me how to make thumbnails for YouTube and social media and where to access great graphics. I would highly recommend Hamza to anyone needing to learn these skills and will happily go back to him if I need anything else in the future.
