About Akhona
I’ve had ADHD my whole life, but my parents always thought that I would outgrow the distractive tendencies and behaviours, so I had to complete my 12 years of education (as well as my first year of tertiary education) with that struggle. After finally looking into my behaviour, I was diagnosed with ADHD and did more research on it. This taught me how to be more considerate and patient with others, while also trying to help them understand in their own way.
