About Lauro
I am a bilingual occupational therapist who has been practicing for 30 years. During that time I have always been adjunct faculty in whatever city I work in. Because I am bilingual, I had the opportunity to help open the first masters level school of OT in Mexico City. Currently in practice I deal with patients who are trying to navigate through a complex medical system and don't have the English skills to perform on there own.

My teaching method based on any current evidence that exists in order to support my practice. Currently I practice in the setting of home health with Spanish speaking patients. Currently I serve as adjunct faculty for ACC . I am very relaxed by nature and have a passion to teach anything I know.
