I will teach you the boxer's method of skipping as well as about 5 different methods of skipping like skipping on both legs then on single legs. Then skipping in running motion then how to cross loops in all those different methods. The only thing requiredis to have strong legs. If you don't have strong legs then I will make you do exercises to make them strong first.
