About Erica
I am a student who has won 4 awards regarding my language skills, English home language in particular. My passion for teaching others has not resulted in me choosing education as a career, however I have been giving informal tutoring lessons since 2015.

I prefer to first have my students write an exam on numerous topics so that I can have a good idea of what they struggle with so that I can assemble a vigorous curriculum catering to their special needs. This exam includes various types of essays, language and literature questions which will be completed in 4 stages with their respective time limits.
Depending on how much help the student will require, I may or may not give homework as this can sometimes overwhelm the student. Tests however, will depend on the student’s schedule; essays and language tests will be written when the student is preoccupied with an upcoming test and literature tests when the student is more flexible.
