I am a prospective medical student offering up to GCSE level English literature and language tuition. The student centres the way the lesson will be structured as each student learns differently. However, some aspects such as quick spot testing, regular homework and starter and summary activities remain as I believe this helps to consolidate knowledge. English is a subject which requires lots of practice and constant tweaks and improvements to reach perfection, which is why as well as guided lesson time I am also available outside of lesson time for my students during the rest of the week to answer any queries and give hints on the homework! I believe this to be necessary to achieve the best outcome.
