About Ishita
I have always enjoyed explaining concepts to others and breaking down difficult topics into simpler, more understandable steps. My experience in mentoring and public speaking has strengthened my communication skills and taught me how important patience and encouragement are in learning.
I want to teach because I find it rewarding to help students build confidence in subjects they may initially find challenging, and to support them in developing effective study and exam strategies. I am particularly motivated to help students feel more in control of their learning and to show them that improvement comes with the right guidance and approach.

My teaching approach focuses on building confidence, improving understanding, and helping students approach exams strategically through clear explanations and active learning. Lessons are typically 1 hour long and tailored to each student’s needs and learning style. I am a medical student at Trinity College Dublin with previous experience mentoring students through HPAT preparation and public speaking. Lessons are available for Junior Cycle Science and Leaving Cert Biology students.
