About Moisés
I am currently a third year student of medicine at the Faculty of Valencia. I have done two courses related to nutrition and dietetics and sports physiology. In addition, I have personal experience as a physical trainer, both to gain muscle, lose weight, body recompositions, strength incemento ... with good results

As a work method, I use the knowledge acquired during my career and my own experience to achieve the best results, leaving aside myths and routines without a progression. First, after filling out a small form in relation to your goals, tastes and current status, establish a weekly routine divided into mesocycles and this in turn divided into microcycles, avoiding two weeks of the same training to increase profits. Also, I program a diet, taking into account both the macro and the micronutrients according to your tastes and objectives, studying the evolution of body weight (although it is an unimportant parameter, it is the one that changes more sharply, allowing a better follow-up ) Also, (optionally) every two weeks you can send me your photos to analyze and see how your body structure evolves.
