About Charlotte
I’m Charlotte, I have ADHD and autism and that’s important because if I can meditate with my restless mind and body anybody can! Learning how to be present and connect to the breath supercharged my confidence, creativity, intuition and made me less reactive, snappy and stressed. My mission is to demystify breathwork, meditation and mindfulness and work as a guide to help you create a practice that works for YOU even if you’ve tried and struggled before.

Having taught hundreds of students to meditate, work with the breath & use mindfulness to improve confidence, get clarity, feel more creative, connected and inspired, I have hours of experience finding the right methods for you no matter how busy your life, mind or body!
I’ve been featured in Good Housekeeping, The Mail on Sunday, Woman & Home and more plus taught at Google, ITV studios, Fearne Cotton’s festival, Unilever HQ and many more. I’m down to earth and make these ancient practices relevant and accessible to you. ADHD and autism friendly approach!
