About Sinead
Meditation has been an integral part of my life for 30 years.
I first learned meditation in traditional environments, living for over twelve years as a Buddhist nun in Himalayan regions during which time I had the opportunity to complete numerous extended solitary meditation retreats.
I have also worked in high-stress environments such as top-tier international law firms so I understand the challenges faced by successful professionals.
I'm currently studying the use of mindfulness in burnout prevention at the University of Toulouse in France.

Lessons are tailored to your needs with step-by-step personal guidance.
I draw upon traditional and modern practices for calming the mind, strengthening attention span, recognizing and managing emotions skilfully, managing stress and preventing burnout.
All with self-care and compassion at the heart.
The aim is for you to develop your own sustainable practice.
Whether you're a complete beginner, or are having difficulty developing a regular meditation practice, I'd love to hear from you.
