About Robin
Currently a full-time Taiji/Qigong instructor through the US Department of Veterans Affairs teaching Taijiquan and Qigong for internal power cultivation. Clear methodology and skill development for both health, martial arts and spirituality. Over 10 years of committed practice, study/travel with high-level teachers and teaching.

15-30 minute sessions for those committed to learning and achieving skills in sitting and moving meditation, mindfulness and energy development.
*Vital Breathing to increase energy levels, heal the body, release the nervous system from fight or flight.
*Mindfulness of body and breathing to feel, develop and refine Qi.
*Movement practices from Qigong/Taijiquan to mobilize Qi and enhance skills cultivated in sitting practices.
