About Liminal
I have been meditating for 40 years, teaching for 20. I have taught hundreds of people to meditate, even those who have tried before and couldn't. I have both academic and specific meditation and mindfulness training qualifications as well as being a certified neurofeedback practitioner.

My teaching style is relaxed - my methodology is experiential. I give the experience of meditating before teaching how. That way, the feeling is anchored in the body and easier to access when not meditating.
I also provide mobile neurofeedback sessions which train your brain without conscious effort - excellent for anxiety, stress, sleep disorders, phobias and PTSD or for optimising performance in sport, music, leadership or business.
