About David
More than 40 years of experience - I left school at the age of 16 to live in an ashram in India, where we would meditate for eight hours a day. Since then I pursued a career in international development which allowed me to study different forms of meditation around the world. I adapt what I teach according to your level, interests and personal goals.

I invite you to practice meditation to develop a more balanced and integrated response to everything that life presents. Using simple exercises of relaxation and observation of experience, we will learn to see ourselves with more and more sincerity and progress towards the "silence of the ordinary mind". We will explore the path towards inner silence, or at least the obstacles that lead to it, and in a short time, deepening self-acceptance opens the way to the rediscovery of the inner child, and the joy of being alive.
