Trained Muay Thai and Wrestling for 14+ years.
Started 1:1 PT full time in January having left the military late last year.
I have a lot to offer, I use all of my life experiences as learnt knowledge that I provide all my clients with. As they say healthy body and a healthy mind. I love to fuel my clients with the tools to have both.
