I believe in following the LSRW method of teaching in helping students acquire the language. I love to use a lot of audio/visual aids and, very importantly, the dictionary to enable my students to get acquainted with the language and gradually build on their language skills. I also blend in the structural approach to get learners to understand the roles of words in a sentence. I use Task based learning and TPR for a learner/learners with no prior exposure or very little exposure to the language.
