Former officer/instructor, tactical/close protection specialist, MMA fighter and head instructor, performance nutrition therapist and supplements advisor, I'm combining science with unique programs and drills for optimal yet quick results to get you involved and keep you motivated while you're enjoying your weekly progress and change in body and mind
