About Tharini
I am a first year University student currently completing a business and accounting double degree at Monash University. I have been working as an assistant Kumon instructor/ grader for approximately 2 years, mainly teaching English and lower levels of maths to large groups of primary and secondary students.

Due to having dealt with a large number of students on a weekly basis, I have a very good understanding of how to deal with different types of students and therefore cater my teaching methods to meet the different needs of each individual student. I feel very confident dealing with kids of smaller age groups as well as older kids and will use different approaches in teaching depending of the age and capability of each student.
