About Uge

I am a French tutor with 13 years of experience teaching high school and college students, having helped over 150 learners achieve fluency and academic success. My teaching approach emphasises personalised learning, adapting lessons to meet each student’s pace, goals, and preferred style of learning.

I incorporate role-playing, conversation practice, multimedia exercises, and cultural exploration to make lessons practical, engaging, and memorable. My unique skill lies in helping students master challenging grammar, vocabulary, and pronunciation concepts, ensuring they can communicate effectively and confidently.

I focus on creating a motivating, interactive, and student-centred environment, where learners feel supported, encouraged, and inspired. Lessons are structured to develop all aspects of language—reading, writing, speaking, and listening—while maintaining enthusiasm and curiosity.

Teaching French is my passion, and I aim to provide a comprehensive and enjoyable learning experience that equips students with both language proficiency and cultural understanding.

About the lesson

I teach French using a balanced methodology that combines theory with practice. I believe that students learn best when grammar and vocabulary are connected to real-life use. I use examples such as airport conversations, interviews, classroom presentations, and professional meetings.

These case studies make learning realistic and interesting. I focus on improving all four language skills equally. After teaching a concept, I give speaking and writing activities to reinforce learning. Problem-solving tasks help students develop confidence and quick thinking in French.

Motivation is at the heart of my teaching style. I guide students patiently and celebrate their improvement. Integrity is very important to me, and I provide honest guidance and equal support to all learners.

I adjust my teaching methods according to student goals and proficiency levels. Besides French, I also teach related areas such as grammar foundations, communication skills, pronunciation correction, and exam preparation. My objective is to help students communicate clearly and confidently in French.
