About Suprriya
I am an expressive arts therapy practitioner, movement artist and a story teller. I worked in the corporate field for a long term untill i decided to go into what I love doing and began this journey of learning and sharing, healing and growing through arts.

With body being the centre of learning, my methodology is working with multiple art modalities. One does not have to be an artist to process through arts. Its the process that matters. The process is to create a non judgmental space for individual and groups to be able to express themselves and explore from this space.
