About Somya
I am MSc Film Studies graduate from the University of Edinburgh and have done my B.A. (Hons) in English Literature from the National University of Singapore (NUS). I have a passion for language and have been helping friends, family and peers informally for years. I also have experience as a teaching assistant for kids French language lessons.
I have also been dancing since I was a child, and danced with NUS’ Bollywood club for 4 years, winning national level competitions each year, along with our own annual productions and regular performances. I have been learning Salsa and bachata for the last couple of years and am now dancing at an advanced level, and would love to teach the basics to anyone starting out.
