About Laura
I am a business lover who has obtained my BSc in business with a minor in Advertising, and an MSc in International Business. I have worked within various sectors including business, retail, concerts, fashion week, hostessing, accounts, sales, waitressing and beauty. However, even though I have a lot of loves my main passion is healthy and fitness, and keeping yourself positive at the worst of times!

My strategy of teaching is to ensure I enlighten the student or group. If I can achieve this then they will want to continue learning and adapting a new way of thinking positively! Everyone learns and obsorbs information at different stages, so I'm here to make sure everyone is on the same page. My method of teaching is to read and present, then use the information and put it into action! We would also go and explore alongside learning about positive thinking - I need to show various ways in which you can empower yourself and feel more positive day-to-day.
