About Fardan
I have been giving lessons for the past 5 years in 3 different countries. I have worked with over 65 students helping them to lose 15 to 20 kg in 2/3 months with only 20 25 min workouts per session. I have always been fascinated with how the brain works and the relationship between mind and body. I have been helping individuals for 5 years from different backgrounds lose weight as well as gain confidence with their new self. I have a simple and easy to follow methodology that I have developed working with numerous people from various backgrounds that is sustainable no matter how busy your routine.
