About the lesson

I offer a tailor-made course, adapted according to the person's culinary level and make sure to use the correct terminology to allow the candidate a good understanding of the concepts as well as the processes required when preparing recipes.
I also offer those interested the possibility of having a face-to-face service in order to clearly see the key gestures and techniques essential to succeed in the sensitive or delicate points when making them and then master them in your turn.

The first free lesson with Sylvain Pascal will allow you to get to know each other and clearly specify your needs for your next lessons.

For the sake of transparency and traceability, my prices include train travel throughout French-speaking Switzerland and I also take into account in this price everything that is relevant to the Professional sector:

- The train ticket itself Return 1/2 Fare in 2nd Class
- Clean and neat clothing
- Small equipment tidy, clean and sharp
- The equipment necessary for the service request (e.g. special molds, provision of mandoline, etc.)
- In case of request to bring special foodstuffs, All the logistics which respect the packaging and the resulting cold chain (according to the possibilities and trying to respect the seasons and the Regionalized as much as possible)

To be seen and clearly defined with the customer before any transaction, no hidden costs, no forcing, no obligations, but only what is necessary in all conscience and with Respect.
