About Filiz
As an experienced and passionate piano tutor, I've got over 15 years of classical piano training and 3+ years of teaching under my belt. I love creating a fun and exciting learning environment for students of all ages and levels. I'm certified with ABRSM Grade 8 Piano Performance, and I'm currently working towards the ARSM diploma to enhance my skills even more. Being multilingual in English, Russian, and Turkish makes it easy for me to connect with all kinds of learners, ensuring a personalized and enjoyable learning journey.
What makes me stand out as an educator is my caring and supportive approach, which comes from my background as an assistant nursery practitioner. I believe in fostering growth and confidence in each student, whether they're little ones exploring the wonders of music or adults honing their musical talents. My goal is to guide every individual towards expressive piano mastery, sparking a lifelong love for music that goes beyond just playing notes.
As your piano tutor, my main focus is on helping you shine as a pianist. I'll customize each lesson to suit your unique learning style and goals, covering everything from music theory to performance skills. With patience, encouragement, and wholehearted dedication, I'll boost your confidence so you can realize your full potential as a musician.
I'm committed to providing a seamless and enjoyable learning experience, upholding the highest standards of professionalism. Teaching piano to everyone is my passion, as I truly believe in the power of music to enrich lives, inspire creativity, and evoke deep emotions. Together, let's embark on this fantastic musical journey and unlock the endless possibilities of the piano!
