About Nick
My name is Nick. I am a passionate sound engineer and artist that has been working within the music industry and film industry for over a decade. I have worked with artists and directors from all over the world, I am looking to share and pass on my knowledge to others that are willing to learn and take their craft seriously. However, if you are also just looking to learn the basics as a hobby that is also fine. I am a very easygoing person with a lot of patience. I have taught countless people the art of recording music and have been a part of recording/mixing/mastering and songwriting for a number of successful songs.

About the lesson

The first thing we will do is gauge how much you know and what you may need specific help with.
From there we can do 1 hour lessons on everything you must learn to record/mix and master like a professional. Overall you will be learning everything it takes to make a song (including song writing if you are interested in learning this)
P.S. This is not a production lesson
You will also be offered to learn about sound in film. (If you are interested)
For your lessons you will need:
A DAW installed (Preferably logic)
1 condenser microphone
1 Mic stand
1 audio interface compatible with your microphone (Phantom power 48v)
1 pair of mixing headphones
