About Rizza
I use classical ballet, yoga and circus body preparation instruments: 1. Warm-up: - lubricate the joints - increase blood flow - raise the temperature of the muscle tissue - connect the mind with the body based on the search for motor coordination 2. Strengthening: - to generate tension in the internal supporting musculature (to protect the body structure) - to increase the perception of contraction and relaxation - to include breathing in the movement - to bring body awareness of the muscle groups and segments that are tensioned 3. Stretching: - to integrate breathing into the relaxation movement - mobilization of the joints - stretching of the segments actively - static stretching - bringing autonomy and awareness to the student - stretching of the soft tissues of a segment - instructing the student to the antagonistic condition for passive stretching Objective with the student: - gradually increase the length of soft tissue structures, applying exercises aimed at: - maintenance of the amp joint and segmental range of motion; - maintaining range of motion to recover shortened soft tissue; - global motor coordination; - corporal conscience; - keep your body and mind connected, healthy and in motion - integrate breathing with movement

Rizza Trindade, multidisciplinary artist: contortion, aerial acrobatics, jazz dancer, contemporary and classical ballet. Participated in the circus arts training center at Unicirco Marcos Frota. Graduation (in process) in Bachelor of Dance at UFRJ, and specialist in pilates and functional for the spine by Grupo VOLL Pilates. Contemporary dance instructor, stretching and flexibility. Researcher: contemporary dance and contortion.
