About Vaishnavi

Music has been a part of my life since childhood, and I believe it’s one of the most beautiful ways to express ourselves and connect with others. I design my music lessons especially for children, making them fun, creative, and easy to understand. Through singing, rhythm games, movement, and storytelling, I help my students explore the world of sound in a way that feels natural and exciting. I want to share my knowledge because I’ve seen how music can build confidence, focus, and happiness in children. Every child has their own unique rhythm and voice, and my goal is to help them find it and express it freely.

Hi, I’m Vaishnavi.
I am a Carnatic vocalist and a music educator for children with a passion for making music learning joyful, meaningful, and accessible. My teaching approach blends Indian music with creative activities that help children explore rhythm, melody, and expression in a way that feels natural and engaging.

I hold a Teacher Training Certificate from the Shankar Mahadevan Academy, where I also had the opportunity to teach for several years. This experience allowed me to develop strong skills in online and offline music instruction, lesson planning, and adapting teaching techniques to suit different learning styles and age groups.

Currently, I am teaching music in Choice School,Kochi, Kerala, where I integrate the IB PYP framework with music education to nurture curiosity, collaboration, and cultural understanding among young learners. Over the years, I have also taught in Aurangabad, Delhi, and Ahmedabad, gaining valuable exposure to diverse student communities and educational environments across India.

My teaching style is student-centered, inclusive, and open to diverse viewpoints. I believe that every child has a unique musical voice, and my goal is to help them discover confidence, creativity, and joy through music.

Whether it’s singing, rhythm-based games, or exploring different musical cultures, I ensure every session is interactive and inspiring.
