About Ray
I am in my fourth year as a music composition student, and have taken multiple high level music classes. I also have a very wide range of experience, having played in orchestras, jazz bands, rock bands, and theater pits. My professional work expands past just music, and have worked in sound/music for theater, and sound and light board operation for live events.

I can tailor lessons to a wide range of knowledge and experience levels. I give very detailed explanations on concepts, and will give you practice with real music to reinforce and familiarize you with the material.
Before coming to school for music, I had no formal music training, so I understand what it is like to be diving into the complexities of music by yourself!
I am also well versed in classical, jazz, and rock/pop music, so whatever sphere of music you are interested in I can help with.
Open to all levels, from beginners to college students
