About Jalen
Currently I am attending Southeastern University studying Music Education who is aspiring to become a music professor after spending a few years at the k-12 level. I am also the percussion instructor at Crystal River High School in Crystal River, Florida where I have been teaching for the past 3 years. In addition to this, I’ve taught private lessons, as well as a drumset/percussion lessons instructor at Guitar Center.

I’m a Music Education student @ Southeastern University with over 10 years of ensemble experience. I strive to make the experience relatable and enjoyable! I have around 4 years of music teaching experience including tutoring with “Through the Staff”. It is important for me that access to a music education is affordable, stress-free and is catered to you. Ideal for intermediate and beginners but open to more advanced students as well.
