Hi folk! Myself Syed shameer I'm a sports physiotherapist. I have been worked with many athletic and general population to improve their health and skill fitness. There is nothing different from other personal trainer. I just have a knowledge of diseases. And i have knowledge of prevention from multiple diseases beacuse I'm a physiotherapist so i know how to give differences between healthy and unhealthy population. I can make an assessment of your current health status via some open ended questions. Apart from this nothing special in my training. It's made up of scientifical fun sessions.
