About Hinata

Building a warm bridge of Kizuna — human connection.

———————————————————————
Hello, and nice to meet you!
———————————————————————

There are so many Japanese teachers on Superprof.

So, the fact that you found my profile and are reading these words means a lot to me.

I believe that meeting someone is a special kind of en — a meaningful connection.

＼Thank you so much for being here!／

——————————
Is This You?
——————————

You already understand Japanese.

But now, you want to take your Japanese one step further.

Maybe you want to...
Connect with people on a deeper level
Have meaningful conversations in Japanese
️ Express yourself more naturally
Share your feelings, thoughts, and values
🫂 Laugh, think, and talk about LIFE together

If this sounds like you, welcome!

—————————
I'm Sunny!
—————————
︎ My Vision
Creating Sunshine Together

One of my biggest strengths?
I can smile in about one second. :)

︎ My Personality
Friendly and easy to talk to
I really, really love talking with people!
I want you to feel, “I can talk about anything with Sunny.”

And somehow...
I have more foreign friends than Japanese friends

I’ve met and talked with so many people from different countries — both foreigners living in Japan and people I’ve met while living abroad.

I really enjoy learning about different ways of thinking, different cultures, and different LIFE stories.

About the lesson

—————————————
Lesson Contents
—————————————

My lessons are mainly conversation-based!

For example...
Life / Thoughts & Values / Japanese Culture / Work / Travel / Family ️ / Love & Relationships / Anime / Dreams for the Future

Some of my favorite anime are:
DEMON SLAYER / NARUTO / POKEMON / ONE PIECE / DRAGON BALL etc.

Of course, we don't have to talk about these!

If there is something you want to talk about,
that's always welcome. ◎

While we enjoy our conversation, I’ll gently help you when needed.

For example:
“There’s a more natural way to say that in Japanese!” 🪄
Let's talk a lot, laugh a lot, and enjoy Japanese together.
And little by little, let's make your Japanese sound more natural and more YOU.

———————————————————————
I'm Also a Language Learner!
———————————————————————

One of my dreams is to live abroad.

Right now, I’m working toward moving to Paraguay in South America, while studying Spanish myself!

So I understand these feelings very well:
“I know what I want to say, but I can't find the words...”
“I'm afraid of making mistakes...”

I feel that too.
I'm not just your Japanese teacher.
I'm also a language learner, just like you.

————————————————
Beyond the Lessons
————————————————

I don't want you to learn Japanese just for the sake of learning Japanese.

I want to help you reach a future where you can...

＼ Live your life as YOU, in Japanese. ／
“I speak Japanese because I need to study Japanese.”
️ “I use Japanese because I want to enjoy my LIFE.”

That's the kind of Japanese I want you to have.

Japanese is not the final goal.
What really matters is your LIFE beyond Japanese.

————————————————————————
A Message to My Future Friends
————————————————————————

Thank you so much for reading all the way to here.
It really means a lot to me.

I don't expect you to speak perfect Japanese.

It's okay to make mistakes.
It's okay to get stuck.
It's okay if you don't feel like talking much on some days.

What matters to me is that you feel comfortable enough to try expressing yourself.

I don't want to be just a teacher who gives you the “correct” Japanese. I want to be a partner you can talk with about your LIFE.

Your dreams.
The things you love.
Something you're worried about.
Something you want to try someday.

Tell me anything.

And if, at the end of our lesson, you think...
“I'm really glad I talked with Sunny in Japanese today!”
I'll be SO × 100 happy. :)

I hope I can bring even a little bit of Smile to your LIFE.
Let's create sunshine together!!!
️️️️️

Thank you for the warm connection that may begin here.
Sunny,
